Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG): This advanced method uses a shielding gas, and the electrode is non-consumable. It allows for highly precise connections but requires considerable experience from the welder.
Proper surface preparation before welding is also crucial, which includes removing contaminants like rust, grease, or paint. In the process of welding steel structures, it is essential to apply the correct welding parameters such as current, voltage, and electrode movement speed.
